The Crazy Ones
– A look behind the founding of our agency.
Sometimes it takes a little crazy to dare to try something new. When we founded the agency, we knew: We didn't want to be a traditional modeling agency, but rather a creative place that inspires and surprises people. "The Crazy Ones" – that's what friends called us back then, half jokingly, half in amazement.
What began as a small idea quickly grew into a vision: not just to promote talent, but to make their personalities visible. We wanted to present models, actors, and creatives in their uniqueness – beyond stereotypes and standards.
The first steps were wild and chaotic: shoots in improvised locations, long nights at the computer, endless conversations about style, attitude, and values.
But it was precisely this "crazy" energy that drove us on.
Today, we are proud that this crazy idea has grown into an international agency – with a clear profile, a strong network, and, above all, with people who are just as "crazy" and courageous as we were back then and still are today: courageously different, courageously real, courageously Splendide.
