2. General information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for operating this website, handling enquiries, applications, bookings, contracts or legal obligations. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
3. Website visits and server log files
When this website is accessed, technical access data may be processed automatically by the server. This may include IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and transferred data volume.
The processing serves technical delivery, stability, security and error analysis of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our online services.
4. Contact by email or phone
When you contact us by email, phone or another channel, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. This may include your name, contact details, message content and any further information you voluntarily provide.
The legal basis is, depending on the nature of the enquiry, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual measures and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries.
5. Applications from models, actors and creatives
If you apply to us as a model, actor, make-up artist, stylist or in another creative role, we process the application data you submit. This may include name, contact details, date of birth, place of residence, measurements, sizes, languages, photos, videos, social media profiles, references and other information.
Processing takes place to review the application, include you in our database, create sedcards, present you to clients and communicate about castings, jobs and productions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where required, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Image, video and profile data are used only within the scope of agency work, website presentation or client placement where there is a contractual basis or consent.
6. Clients, bookings and business partners
For enquiries, bookings and projects, we process data of clients, production companies, agencies, photographers, service providers and business partners. This may include names, company data, contact details, project information, contractual data, billing data and communication content.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract performance, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for maintaining business relationships and documentation.
7. Newsletters and promotional communication
If you subscribe to a newsletter or industry information, we process your email address and any additional voluntary information to send the requested communication. Subscription is based on your consent or, where legally permitted, on an existing business relationship.
You may object to promotional communication or withdraw consent at any time. Relevant information is provided in the respective communication or can be sent to us by email.
8. Cookies, AMP and local storage
This website may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies, in particular for AMP components, user notices or functional page elements.
Non-essential cookies or similar technologies, especially for analytics, marketing or external services, are used only where valid consent has been obtained. The legal basis for accessing terminal devices is § 25 TDDDG; further processing is governed by the GDPR.
9. Web analytics
If web analytics services are used, this is done only on the basis of consent where personal data or non-essential cookies or similar technologies are involved. The older website version included Google Universal Analytics. Universal Analytics no longer processes new standard data since 2023 and should be technically removed or replaced by a current privacy-compliant solution.
10. Embedded content and external services
Some pages may include third-party content or services such as maps, videos, fonts, social media links, analytics or security services. When such content is loaded, personal data may be transmitted to the respective providers.
Where possible, we integrate external services in a data-minimising manner. For non-essential services, consent is obtained where legally required.
11. Social media
Our website may contain links to social media profiles. Merely visiting our website generally does not transmit data to social network providers unless embedded plugins or content are loaded. When you access the respective platform, the privacy policy of that provider applies.
12. Disclosure of data
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for handling enquiries, performing contracts, placing models or creatives, billing, meeting legal obligations or based on consent.
Recipients may include clients, production companies, partner agencies, IT service providers, hosting providers, tax advisers, payment or billing providers and authorities, where a legal basis exists.
13. Retention period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes. Statutory retention periods, in particular commercial and tax law obligations, remain unaffected. Application and profile data are deleted or deactivated when the basis for storage no longer applies or a legitimate deletion request exists, unless statutory or contractual reasons prevent this.
14. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing operations. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect.
15. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information may be competent.
16. Security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unauthorised disclosure. Communication by email may nevertheless have security vulnerabilities.
17. Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be adapted if our website, services used or legal requirements change.
